About the event
This is a pick me up, rest, relax and rejunivate 17 hr workshop designed to help busy people reconnect to self and one's wholeness and creativity. The cost is $150.00 payable to Therese at crystalbowlscanada@gmail.com. Bring along your yoga gear, water bottle, journal & pens, a mug and a bagged supper. You are provided with a cot and bedding, a self selected sound essence spritzer or mister as well as detox salts to take home and use right away and morning coffee or tea.
