About the event
Rosemary's home has hardwood floors so please bring socks to wear while we are in session. Cost is $20.00 prepaid via e transfer to Therese at crystalbowlscanada@gmail.com . Also call Rosemary at 778-538-2155 to let her know you are coming thus helping with planning. For seating prone or upright, there is some furniture and you can bring your favorite camping chair or your yoga gear. If you are planning to lay prone consider adding a woolen blanket under your mat for extra cushioning and for warmth. Dress in layers to control your temperature, and bring your water bottle. Parking is on the yard parking lot or on 5th Avenue. Come early enough to settle in before 10 am.
This event is contra indicated for gals in their first trimester, and for people who have epilepsy.
