About the event
Please pre-register and pre-pay $20.00 to terez@shaw.ca and indicate if you are bringing your yoga gear or wish to use a 0 gravity chair. This event runs every Friday in Nov. & Dec. More details including the address come with registration. Bring your intentions for a better world. We can use this time to wash away our tension and stress and come away peaceful, serene and whole.
