Join us on 0 gravity chairs or on yoga mats, by the fire in the hearth as we let go and then renew ourselves as weekend players and as amazing creator beings. The release of tension and stress happens easily with the breath work and the slow moving theta brain waves of the singing bowls. On the other side of this release is our enormous creativity.
