A sonar event with singing bowls geared to releasing the past and writing out or dreaming up what we desire for this quarter going into autumn.

About the event
We open the doors at 1:30 to give you lots of time to come in and settle down. We have permission to use all the yoga gear available in the studio or you can bring your own if you prefer. There is lots of room for free parking close by. Bring your water bottle along and your journal and pen if you desire to do some writing. Dress in layer s to control your personal temperature. As we go into the autumnal cycle, think about what you are letting go of, what you are grateful for and what you would like to call in for the time till Christmas.
